I'm building a Suzuki Samurai and turning it into a little rock crawler. I was going to use Jeep YJ leaf springs under it since they are proven to work very well under Samurai's, but it looks like I may have hit a road block. I ended up buying a used set of leaf springs from a guy locally that said they were YJ springs, but turns out they are not.... After doing a little reasearch on it I believe they are rear Jeep CJ springs!!! They are the same dimensions as a YJ, but one of the eyelet's is smaller in size. Which brings me to my dilemma...
Would you be able to give me part numbers of bushings that may work for this application?? As you can see year, make, and model usually doesn't work on my rig!!
Leaf spring bushings needed.....
Front bushing O.D. would need to be 25mm, with a 12.95mm I.D.
Front Main bushing O.D. would need to be 38.5, with a 14.6mm I.D.
Rear bushing O.D. would need to be 25mm, with a 14.6mm I.D.
Rear Main bushing O.D. would need to be 38.5, with a 12.95mm I.D.
The shackles used have 80mm of spacing for the leaf and bushing to fit.
