#3-3133 on '64 Pontiac Lemans

I'm having a hell of a time getting the rubber bushings out of the metal shells on the rear uppers (3110).
Is there anywhere I can get new empty shells?
I also seem to have lost one of the control arm thrust washers from the kit. Is it possible to get just one of these.
Thanks!

The easiest way to remove the old rubber it to burn it out with a torch and a small press or vise. You will need to re-use the shells for this kit due to the fact that we don't manufacture new shells. Please call our customer service dept., (949.361.3935) and they will assist you in getting some new thrust washers.
