I'm looking for some existing bushings that will fit these dimensions, or will with some slight modifications:

1.    Barrel OD: 2.400"
Barrel length: 1.787" (could have 2 bushings that add to no more than this dimension)
       Bushing ID: 1/2"-3/4"

2.    Barrel OD: 2.700"
Barrel length: 1.500" (could have 2 bushings that add to no more than this dimension)
       Bushing ID: 1/2"-3/4"

3.    Barrel OD: 3.543"
Barrel length: 1.575" (could have 2 bushings that add to no more than this dimension)
       Bushing ID: 1/2"-3/4"

I would prefer around a 70A hardness, but could go up to 80A.

Thanks!

It's obvious you have done your homework for which components you need but unfortunetely we do not sell direct nor do we do small quantities of custom orders.  If you would like to contact our sales dept for custom order feel free to do so or you can also check out our universal section for bushings by size and order from your nearest supplier.

So you guys won't look in your database of existing bushing dimensions and tell me, for example that a rear trailing arm bushing for a 90 Civic will work for #3? I would then go to purchase those kits at one of your authorized dealers...

Have you first viewed the link on the last post with bushing dimensions?  We have thousands upon thousands of bushings that are categorized by applications not sizes.  It would be easy to pull dimensions if you knew which application the bushings fit but beyond that it's a needle in a haystack trying to find what applications fit various dimensions.  I apologize if this doesn't solve your dilemma but it's the best I can do.

I had looked at your universal bushings previously, but they only go up to 2.040" in barrel OD, I need at least 2.400" to fit the smallest of my applications. I did see that 9.4102 below might work for #1 with some modification.  This is for a car that you guys dont offer any products for, the Toyota Starlet GT Turbo/Paseo/Tercel.
