I currently have a set of swap mounts to put a B-series engine from an Acura Integra into a 1900 Honda Civic. They are an unknown brand, but look like these: http://www.racingworks.com/images/hcp_h22a_small.jpg

When I bought the mounts they came with race-stiff bushings that were torn up. I'm trying to order a softer replacement set but I can't find anyone who makes the size I need. There are three mounts, all with the same tubing I.D. and wall thickness, but three different tubing lengths. The measurements I have are as follows:

Tubing I.D. - 2.540 inches
Tubing Length - 1.760, 1.880, 2.010 inches
Tubing wall thickness - 0.170 inches

What's really weird is that the mounts I linked earlier say that they use Energy Suspension bushings, but I can't find anything using the site http://www.energysuspension.com/pages/univ1.html in the size that I need.

If there's something I'm missing, or any way to get the sizes I need it would be greatly appreciated.

Crank,

I appreciate you taking some time out of your day to investigate this issue.  HCP is is a company that we do not currently have any records of as a distributor of our products.   I have done some investigative work myself and have not found any information that  would indicate that they are a customer of ours nor have I found any contact information for them.  Are there any part #'s on the non-flange end of the bushing that may help us to identify where they have come from?  Let me know, thanks!!

I've been able to confirm that the mounts I have are HCP mounts, but the bushings have no identifying marks on them.

Crank,

Our only option at this point without having the part numbers visible is to have the part shipped to Energy Suspension to confirm that this is our part and see if we still manufacture a replacement.  Is the part trash anyway? Would you want to send it to us to check out?
