9.9107 - Where should rotation occur - plus related questions...

I made a part (panhard bar) that has a 9.9107 on each end, held inside a sleeve made of 1.5" .120 wall DOM tubing.

I assume that in this application, normal operation would be for the inner sleeve to rotate inside the bushing. The bushing should be stationary with the 1.5" sleeve, the inner sleeve should be held stationary to the pivot axis.

I want to double check that that is correct.

Sorry if I don't know all the right terminology...

Also - does ES offer a pre-made bar end with this bushing installed and a treaded rod perpendicular to the axis of the bushing? How about one with a female threaded sleeve perpendicular to the axis of the bushing?
