strut mount bushing torque specs

Mopar A-body front strut mount bushings. Factory is 40 ft/lbs but they have a metal insert to limit compression. What is the recommended torque spec on your poly bushings? I have yet to reach 40 ft/lbs and they are getting compressed pretty good.
