Thanks to Jeff for the 1st motor mount insert for the cavalier / sunfire. Heres a diy on how to install it if you should chose to buy it. Notice this is only a insert not a replacement mount. First you will have to pull the overflow tank as it hides a cover bolt for the top of the motor mount. The overflow has 1 10mm bolt holding the top down over the mount and looks like a motor mount cover. Heres a picture of the 10mm bolt holding the overflow down, always make sure that the car is cooled off before attempting this!

After you get the overflo tank out of the way, there are 3 15mm bolts holding the top motor mount cover on, you will have to remove them , also put a jack with a 2 by 4 under the oil pan incase the motor drops a bit, mine didn't move at all. Heres a picture of the 15mm bolts (3).

After you get the 3 bolts out, there are 2 3/8ths bolts holding the internals of the mount together, take those out and slide the top mount insert out of the mount, you may have to use some wd-40 or dishsoap. this is a picture of the insert from Energy Suspension and a new upper mount, the lower is not removable!

After you get this part of the mount out there are 3 more 15mm bolts that hold the whole mount in place, youll have to remove those to get the whole mount out, as it will be easier to get the insert in in a vise. To get the insert in you will have to use some wd-40 or Energy Suspension lube as the mount will be dry and fight you every bit of the way. Heres a picture of the insert installed and put back in the car.

After installing you will tighten the 2 3/8ths bolts to 45ft. / lbs and the 6 15mm bolts are torque to yield.
