I also sent this as an e-mail, but I thought I could get a faster response here.

I purchased a master set # 4-18124 for my 2001 Ford F-250 XLT Crew Cab Long Bed 4X4 where http://www.energysuspension.com/pages/fdt3.html references that this is the kit for my vehicle. I checked the parts list and every item was accounted. The sleeves (15.10.342.39) listed in the parts list for the rear sway bar bushing set 4.5187 is not what I received. The sleeves I had were a lot longer and the inside diameter (ID) was well under .5 (1/2 inch) and the 12mm (right under 1/2") bolts supplied would not even go through them. I bored and chamfered them out to .5, went to install and found out there were a lot longer than 1.250". I tried modifying them to work, but since I don't have access to a laithe I ended up cutting them too short. I would like to see if I can get a hold of a set of four (4) 15.10.342.39 Sleeves (0.687"X0.500"X1.250") that were listed. I would think an exchange would not be feasible since the current sleeves I have are modified. This problem is holding up the reinstall of my fuel tank of my daily driver so I would like to see about expediting this matter.

I am going to bring this up to engineering and see if they can make heads or tails of it.  I'll also try and see if we have those sleeves on the shelves, thanks.

Anyone word on this?

Edit: Received this afternoon. Fitment is perfect and I definitely had the wrong sleeves. I'll post a pic of the difference later.

Left is the one I modified and the one on the right is what you sent. Just thought you'd like to see the difference.

Thanks for the pic,  I guess the real question is, do the new ones fit?

Perfectly!  Wink Had my truck up and running that day. I thought the other one was tight (O.D. read .755 instead of the ones you gave .687), but could of managed if I could cut straight. As you could tell by the picture the ones that originally came were a lot thicker.
